4-Maintenance work for the belt conveyors:
• Adjustment of belt conveyor.:
• The required maintenance for the tail and top head.
5-Maintenance work for Screw conveyor.
6-Maintenance work for drag chain.
7-Maintenance work for Bag filters.
•Replacement of the required bags.
•Repair/ Change of filter fan as per inspection.
8-Maintenance work for bucket elevators:
•Open the top and bottom cover.
•Dismantling all buckets with profiled number strips.
•Removal of old belt and pulling new belt.
•Inspection of friction liners for top head pulley and replace if required.
•Inspection of bearing for bottom tail pulley and replace if required
•Inspection of bearing for top head pulley and replace if required
•Splicing and jointing / Clamping of new belt and (Tightening of clamping joint belt by 500 Nm)
•After curing, installation of buckets with profiled number strips.
•No load test run of the belt for checking of misalignment.
•Commissioning of the belt with load.
9- Steel patching for all worn out sheet metal.
10- Maintenance work for all flap gates.
11- Maintenance work for raw mill and cement mill (Cement plant).
